Where are auction items located? for inspection and pickup?

All items are located at the My Favorite Things Store Location at:

503 E Seltice Way, Ste 14

Wow, that’s a big store. I’m interested in an item. How can I find it inside the store?

Each Item is assigned a Location code – within the store. When viewing an Item’s Detail Page, click/tap on Additional Information , below the Bidding buttons. The Location code indicates the room (A, B, C) and the general area by compass direction; e.g. N, S, SW, or M (middle). Here is a diagram (full size version):

Example: you are looking for an Item with a Location of C-N. Once you walk into the store entrance, head to your right, past the counter into the large showroom (C), walk toward the back (N-North), the item will be along the back wall.

When can I pick up auction items I’ve won?

Auction end dates for most fixtures, equipment and display case items will end in the last week of September 2025, and will then be available for pickup only in the first two weeks of October. Some specific items may have different auction closing dates and pickup availability – which will be noted in the detailed description.

What is Proxy Bidding?

Proxy Bidding (also known as Automatic Bidding) is a bidding process where the system will place automatic bids on behalf of Bidders so you don’t have to keep coming back to re-bid every time another Bidder places another bid. When a Bidder places a Proxy Bid, you enter the maximum amount you are willing to pay for the item. The seller and other Bidders don’t know your maximum bid. The system places bids calculated from the automatic bid increment amount and the current high bid – and will bid only as high as necessary to make sure that you remain the high bidder, or to meet the reserve price, up to your maximum amount bid. Should your maximum bid no longer be a winning bid, you will be notified and you have the option to manually re-enter a higher maximum bid.
